You’ve really done it this time, Mosley.
Assistant Director Shay Mosley (Nia Long) has already caused quite the kerfuffle for the NCIS: Los Angeles team. Her crew journeyed with her to Mexico during season 9 in an attempt to save her son from his arms dealer dad, and the disastrous event led to one agent’s death and an ongoing investigation that puts everyone at risk. And now it’s only going to get worse.
Last week, it was revealed that Mosley was “off the grid” in the wake of the chaos, which, by the way, also landed the squad on a hit list. Things only get more cryptic during the season 10 episode that airs on November 4, when Agent Callen (Chris O'Donnell) attempts to locate her.
The hunt for Mosley starts “after she murders a cartel hitman,” according to a sneak peek from the network. This wouldn’t be the first death she’s caused this season, either. According to , she took out her son’s dad, Spencer, and many of his men during the Mexico trip, as well.
Though her squad continues to have her back, there are many fans who are not on her side, considering how she’s put the team—particularly Hetty—in danger.
Others, however, can’t get enough of the character, and are weaving theories that Mosley and Hetty’s disappearances might mean “something is doing down at NCIS DC.”
But NCIS: LA always packs a good twist, so regardless of Mosley’s Mexico mishap, there might be more to the story when it comes to her most recent struggles. Stay tuned!
